Key Responsibilities
🚗 Strategic Planning & Delivery Optimization
- Design and execute regional vehicle delivery strategies that enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor delivery metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Align delivery operations with Tesla’s broader business goals and KPIs.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Service, and Customer Engagement teams to streamline the end-to-end delivery process.
- Coordinate vehicle staging, event logistics, and vehicle handovers during peak delivery periods.
📦 Resource Forecasting & Delivery Execution
- Forecast and manage workforce requirements for delivery hubs.
- Optimize resource utilization to meet delivery goals without compromising on customer satisfaction.
📋 Process & Compliance Management
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for backend vehicle operations processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Tesla’s policies and operational standards.
- Define program KPIs and report progress to leadership.
🧑🤝🧑 Team Leadership & Development
- Lead a team of Delivery Advisors, providing training, coaching, and career development.
- Drive a culture of excellence in customer service, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices in issue resolution and customer communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- ✅ 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, logistics, or a related field
- ✅ Proven leadership and team management experience
- ✅ Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven process improvements
- ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- ✅ Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
- ✅ Familiarity with field operations and regulatory environments in India
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✅ Business fluency in English and local languages
- ✅ Valid driver’s license required
