🔍 Role Overview
As a Delivery Manager – Accounting & Reporting Assurance, you’ll lead complex finance operations for clients, deliver IFRS-compliant financial statements, oversee reconciliation and GL processes, and guide teams to deliver financial reporting excellence.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance function management for clients.
- Review and record financial transactions (assets, liabilities, borrowings, etc.) from a GL perspective.
- Provide technical accounting guidance under Ind AS and IFRS.
- Oversee reconciliations: bank statements, customer accounts, related parties, taxes, investments.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports including P&L, balance sheet, budget variance, and ageing reports.
- Coordinate with auditors for audit documentation and query resolution.
- Lead monthly financial closing and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Manage master data, journal entries, book closure, and reporting using SAP and Tally ERP.
- Coach and mentor junior team members for high performance.
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in Ind AS / IFRS reporting frameworks.
- Strong command over ERP systems (SAP, Tally ERP).
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills to manage clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and client relationships effectively.
🎓 Qualifications
- CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit.
