• Lead development and implementation of advanced GenAI and NLP solutions
• Frame complex business problems into analytical approaches and data-driven solutions
• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models, especially in forecasting and NLP domains
• Extensive experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based models
• Work hands-on with transformer architectures and traditional NLP methods
• Build and deploy APIs for backend systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Conduct in-depth research to stay updated with the latest GenAI techniques and apply innovative experimentation approaches
• Utilize AWS cloud infrastructure for data science projects and deployments

✅ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields (Master’s/PhD preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in Generative AI and NLP development
• Strong programming skills (5+ years) in advanced Python with OOP principles
• Hands-on experience in machine learning model development, finetuning, and evaluation
• Proven expertise in GenAI, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agentic approaches
• Solid understanding of transformer architectures and traditional NLP techniques
• Experience developing backend APIs
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong research mindset with the ability to innovate and apply new techniques in GenAI
