Key Responsibilities
- Lead product data ownership initiatives to ensure high-quality data delivery and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide subject matter expertise on product data and its business applications.
- Identify, document, and manage critical data scope, meaning, and metadata across products.
- Integrate data into analytics platforms to support business projects and reporting.
- Define and enforce data quality requirements and develop monitoring processes.
- Implement strategies to mitigate data risks and ensure compliance with firmwide data integrity standards.
- Manage multiple work streams for timely and accurate data delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data-related roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and data engineering.
- Skilled in SQL and database technologies for managing large datasets.
- Proven ability to consult on best practices and resolve data quality issues.
- Experience managing multiple work streams and cross-functional data initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Teradata.
- Skilled in cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Knowledge of payment products, especially SMB payments or retail banking.
- Experience in data integration and analytics for business strategy.
