Roles & Responsibilities
Master Data & Reference Data Management
- Design, implement, and maintain MDM and RDM solutions in alignment with business requirements.
- Configure and manage match-merge rules, survivorship logic, and cross-reference mappings for golden record creation.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define MDM operating models (registry, consolidation, coexistence, centralized).
- Develop and maintain data models, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
Data Governance & Quality
- Define and execute data governance and data quality strategies.
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics and reporting processes.
- Support data integration, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Provide training and guidance to data stewards and business users.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and data governance.
- Engage with client-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience in MDM, RDM, and enterprise data governance.
- Proven experience with Informatica, Talend, or Ataccama MDM tools.
- Strong understanding of match & merge, survivorship, cross-reference mapping, and source system ranking.
- Experience in data governance frameworks, data stewardship models, and data quality tools.
- Exposure to cloud-native MDM deployments and integration with enterprise systems is preferred.
- Big4 consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications from Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Ataccama are required.
- Bonus certifications: DAMA, EDM Council, or CMMI-DMM.
