Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain MDM and RDM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Define and execute data governance and data quality strategies.
- Configure and manage match-merge rules, survivorship logic, and cross-reference mappings to create accurate golden records.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define MDM operating models (registry, consolidation, coexistence, centralized).
- Develop and maintain data models, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
- Support data integration, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Provide training and support to data stewards and business users.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and data governance.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM).
- Proven experience with Informatica, Talend, or Ataccama MDM solutions.
- Strong understanding of match & merge, survivorship, cross-reference logic, and source system ranking.
- Experience working with data governance frameworks, data stewardship models, and data quality tools.
- Familiarity with MDM modernization and cloud-native deployments.
- Client-facing Big4 consulting experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications from Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Ataccama are mandatory.
- Certifications from DAMA, EDM Council, or CMMI-DMM are advantageous.
