Key Responsibilities
As a D365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant, you will:
- Configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) in line with best practices.
- Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Web API, and SSIS-based integrations.
- Build solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate).
- Design and implement business process automation using Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Modify, troubleshoot, and enhance existing CRM and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work across industries with a focus on healthcare and public sector clients.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and system integrations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
- Knowledge of data modeling, integration patterns, and system architecture.
- Exposure to Custom Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform (preferred).
