Deloitte India (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP) is hiring Cyber Security Consultants / Assistant Managers / Deputy Managers (ISMS) for its offices in Coimbatore, Chennai, and Kochi. As part of Deloitte’s Cyber Risk & Transformation team, you will work on SOX, cloud security, IT/IS controls testing, GRC tools, and regulatory compliance frameworks (RBI, SEBI, CERT-In). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SOX, Cloud, and Data Management IT/IS controls testing and assurance.
- Design and execute controls testing strategies to evaluate design adequacy and operating effectiveness.
- Prepare and review test plans, test scripts, process documentation, and reports.
- Perform control walkthroughs, sampling, and evidence collection with clients.
- Review and refine IT risk & control testing methodologies based on frameworks and best practices.
- Develop templates and repeatable test scripts for IT/IS controls testing.
- Support risk monitoring, compliance reviews, and assurance efforts.
- Work with GRC platforms like ServiceNow or Archer to streamline compliance workflows.
- Stay updated with industry standards and cyber compliance regulations (RBI, SEBI, CERT-In).
Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of ISMS, IT risk controls, and assurance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GRC tools (ServiceNow, Archer, etc.).
- Knowledge of cyber compliance regulations – RBI, SEBI, CERT-In.
- Strong skills in reporting, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment with frequent travel.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Tier 1/2 preferred).
- Experience: 1–7 years in Cyber Risk, ISMS, and Controls Testing.
- Preferred Certifications:
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
- ISO 31000, ISO 22301
- CISA, ITIL, or equivalent cyber compliance certifications
