Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Analyst (L4), you will:

• Monitor and safeguard log sources, endpoints, and access controls
• Detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats, intrusions, and unusual activity
• Perform forensic investigations, log reviews, and root cause analysis
• Manage incident escalations from L1 teams in a 24×7 SOC environment
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and incident response strategies
• Use ServiceNow SecOps and analytics tools to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities
• Conduct detailed incident analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Maintain an information security risk register and support internal/external audits
• Collaborate with stakeholders on cybersecurity policies and improvements
• Deliver awareness training to employees on phishing, malware, and security best practices

Required Skills

• Mandatory Skill: ServiceNow SecOps
• Strong expertise in SOC operations, incident response, SIEM tools, and cyber forensics
• Ability to perform threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and remediation planning
• Experience in audit assistance, compliance, and risk management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or information security
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent (preferred)
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous
