Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Analyst (L4), your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and safeguarding log sources, systems, and access controls
• Identifying and responding to attacks, intrusions, and unusual activity
• Conducting security assessments, forensic analysis, and risk analysis
• Handling incident escalations from L1 teams in a 24×7 SOC setup
• Planning and supporting disaster recovery and incident response
• Using advanced tools to track emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities
• Creating detailed incident reports, dashboards, and threat analysis
• Maintaining an information security risk register and supporting audits
• Collaborating with stakeholders on cybersecurity policies and compliance
• Delivering cybersecurity awareness training for employees
• Advising employees on preventing phishing, spam, and malicious email threats

Required Skills

• Mandatory Expertise: GRC Consulting
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations, governance, risk, and compliance
• Proficiency in incident response, forensic investigation, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience with audit readiness and compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years in cybersecurity, GRC consulting, or risk management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are a strong advantage
