Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor, identify, and troubleshoot cross-technology IT infrastructure issues to ensure service continuity.
- Manage work queues, resolve incidents, and fulfill service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide second-level support to clients and internal teams, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with vendors and third parties to resolve technical problems and implement solutions.
- Execute changes with proper risk assessment, documentation, and adherence to change management processes.
- Audit incident and request tickets for quality assurance and suggest process improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution as needed.
- Support L1 engineers and contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Moderate experience in managed services supporting cross-technology infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
- Experience working with vendors, clients, and multi-cultural teams.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours or adapt shift timings based on business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
