Key Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
• Collaborate with Control Management, Office of Legal Obligations (OLO), CCOR, Audit, Legal, and Technology teams to implement efficient control solutions.
• Manage and execute tasks including applicability review, tagging decisions, hygiene exception resolution, and escalation management.
• Conduct thematic analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with teams to design, develop, and implement analytical tools leveraging Alteryx, PEGA, and Tableau.
• Document procedures, job aids, operating models, and dependencies.
• Analyze data, define target operating models, and support process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare program and meeting materials, track action items, and report meaningful metrics on control health.
• Ensure feedback from independent oversight parties is assessed and remedial actions are implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Risk & Controls Assessment, Control Management, Internal Audit, or Project Management.
• Strong expertise in Compliance and Operational Risk frameworks, controls systems, and associated procedures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solving with the ability to implement pragmatic and commercially reasonable solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience with regulatory or risk frameworks impacting Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Compliance Risk.
• Advanced automation and analytics skills in Alteryx, PEGA, and Tableau.
• Experience with workflow implementation, Confluence, and process automation tools.
• Hands-on experience in Risk Management & Compliance process improvements.
