Summary
Randstad India is hiring a Corporate HR Manager in Hyderabad, Telangana for a leading hotel group. This permanent position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong expertise in employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, and compliance in the hospitality sector.
As the Corporate HR Manager, you will manage HR processes across three hotel properties, including the new Stay Consulate hotel in Madhapur, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and compliance with hotel industry regulations. This is a strategic role with frequent travel between hotel properties (all within 30 minutes of Madhapur).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and HR operations across all hotel properties.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospitality industry standards.

- Act as a bridge between hotel staff and management, promoting transparent communication.

Skills & Competencies

- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ability to handle multi-location HR responsibilities within short travel distances.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage HR processes at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality / hotel industry.
- Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance.
- Familiarity with hotel workforce management and industry standards is highly desirable.
