Role Responsibilities
As a Strategic Cloud Engineer – Conversational AI, you will:
- Design and implement chatbot and voicebot solutions using Dialogflow and Google Cloud AI technologies.
- Partner with technical leads, client executives, and internal teams to deliver enterprise-grade CCAI deployments.
- Lead and manage technical conversations and architecture design with clients to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure implementations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand client goals, manage expectations, and remove adoption blockers.
- Provide end-to-end project oversight, including risk management, timelines, and deployment support.
- Influence product development by sharing real-world field insights with internal product teams.
- Travel up to 30% for client meetings and solution implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in conversational AI, chatbot or voicebot development
- Background in computational linguistics, cloud platforms, or AI-based customer engagement tools
- Proven experience working with client executives, sales teams, and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building bots using Dialogflow, and launching bots into production
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and virtual agent architecture
- Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud ecosystems
- Excellent leadership, project management, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced enterprise environments
