Responsibilities
As a Conversational AI Manager, you will:
- Design and implement Conversational AI solutions using hyperscaler or low-code platforms (Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, MS Bot Framework).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Develop, integrate, and optimize LLM-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for enterprise systems and APIs.
- Drive NLP tuning, bot performance optimization, and generative AI use cases.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in Conversational AI and LLM-based solutioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–10 years of hands-on experience in Conversational AI, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and RESTful API development (FastAPI preferred).
- Strong experience with LLMs (GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, LLaMA).
- Proven track record of implementing end-to-end Generative AI models for text, image, or other data.
- Familiarity with few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
