Key Responsibilities

As a Control Systems Engineer focused on UAVs, you will:

• Develop mathematical models for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
• Design and simulate control systems for autonomous vehicles using Matlab/Simulink.
• Create multi-agent algorithms such as swarm intelligence (flocking, foraging).
• Conduct stability analysis and flight dynamic studies.
• Work on navigation and path-planning algorithms.
• Integrate and test software on real UAV platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support full lifecycle development—from concept to field trials.

Essential Skills

To excel in this Controls & Simulation role, you must bring:

• Strong foundation in aerodynamics, flight control systems, and dynamic modeling.
• Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink.
• Understanding of closed-loop control, control theory, and real-time systems.
• Analytical mindset for simulation-based problem-solving.
• Bonus: Exposure to multi-agent systems, autonomous navigation, or robotics.

Preferred Qualifications

• M.Tech / M.E. in Aerospace Engineering, Control Systems, or Robotics.
• PhD in Aerospace, Flight Dynamics, or related areas (preferred but not mandatory).
• B.Tech with strong academic grounding and relevant project experience may also apply.

• Location options: Mumbai (Powai), Bangalore, Pune
