Summary
EY is seeking a Consultant – Workforce Management (WFM) to join its People Consulting (PC) practice in Trivandrum. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in workforce management, HR systems, and WFM tools such as UKG, Kronos, Ceridian, or ADP. As a WFM Consultant at EY, you will design, implement, and optimize workforce management solutions, supporting clients in improving timekeeping, attendance, leave management, and labor scheduling. This position provides global exposure across industries, opportunities to develop thought leadership, and involvement in the full WFM project lifecycle, from discovery to post-production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Support client projects by leveraging deep expertise in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling, and WFM processes.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in full project lifecycle activities: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support.
- Develop and enhance WFM service offerings, including tools, methodologies, and thought leadership.
- Drive effective client communication, cadence, and stakeholder relations across global locations.
- Manage and support internal EY initiatives and practice growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in Workforce Management (Time Management, Attendance, Scheduling, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with WFM systems like UKG, Kronos, Ceridian, ADP E-time, or similar.
- Experience in configuring Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation in WFM tools.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation using Visio or similar tools.
Preferred / Ideal Skills:
- Certification in Dell Boomi or Workforce Dimensions.
- Knowledge of data integration, FTP/sFTP, EDI, data manipulation (csv/txt, lookup tables).
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, RDL, SSRS reporting.
- Understanding of payroll processes and overall WFM solution design.
- Experience applying agile or blended software development lifecycle approaches.
