Key Responsibilities

Workday Integration Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical specifications for integrations.
  • Debug large integration components and assist team members in troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and enhance Workday’s cloud connectors, EIBs, DTs, and XML/XSLT integrations.

Client Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that improve HR processes.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and warranty support for Workday systems.
  • Contribute to end-user experience and customer satisfaction with Workday products.

Technical Expertise & Documentation

  • Develop and document program code adhering to software development best practices.
  • Create detailed system integration specifications, field mappings, and process designs.
  • Implement integrations using Web Services APIs, REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, SAML, and XSLT.

Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively research Workday enhancements and optimize existing integration processes.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge on best practices in Workday HCM and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Workday Integration or HCM Certification (mandatory).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Integration and Functional Development experience.
  • Strong understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Proficiency with Cloud Connectors, EIBs, DTs, Studio Integrations, XML/XSLT, Web Services APIs, XPath.
  • Solid knowledge of Business Process Configuration, Security, and Agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead integration workstreams through all project phases.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Studio Integrations, PECI/PICOF, and Workday report writer.
  • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and web service security protocols.
  • Understanding of HR technology landscape and human capital best practices.
  • Ability to create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Location & Work Mode

  • Base Location: Bengaluru, PAN India options available
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of on-site and remote)
  • Occasional travel to client sites may be required
