Key Responsibilities
As a Selenium Automation Engineer at Deloitte, you will:
- Design and develop robust automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and automate key test scenarios.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
- Execute regression testing and report bugs/issues promptly.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Conduct API testing and create detailed test reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools: Maven, Jenkins, Git.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Exposure to BDD tools like Cucumber (preferred).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ISTQB certification (a plus).
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Knowledge of Playwright or additional test automation tools is desirable.
