Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations across multiple modules.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, monitor timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Manage multi-vendor, multi-country teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth delivery.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Collaborate with CXOs, business heads, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct steering meetings, status updates, phase exits, and risk mitigation sessions.
- Prepare executive reports and escalation documents as required.
Process & SAP Expertise
- Provide guidance on SAP modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM.
- Ensure adherence to project methodology, change management, and implementation standards.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and digital adoption.
Quality & Risk Management
- Apply critical thinking to anticipate and resolve project challenges.
- Monitor project quality, compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
- Promote best practices in SAP project management and finance operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years’ experience in consulting, ERP, or finance transformation projects.
- Minimum 3 years in SAP project management with 2+ end-to-end implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM).
- Expertise in P2P, OTC, R2R processes, SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems.
- Experience with MNC/international clients and multi-geography project execution.
- Proficient in Project Management Tools, cloud ERP solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team coaching skills.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps approaches is a plus.
- Flexible for domestic and international client travel.
