Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers in ERP Project Management (SAP PM) for its Finance Transformation practice in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
As part of Deloitte’s ERP Project Management team, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Drive adoption of SAP project methodologies and premium engagement services.
- Coordinate teams of SAP consultants and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Handle escalations, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare project status reports, steering committee updates, and phase-exit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and governance standards.
- Support multi-country, multi-vendor implementations with global clients.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in project management.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and ECC implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM).
- Expertise in finance processes: P2P, OTC, R2R.
- Experience managing MNC clients across diverse geographies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications (preferred): PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Prince2.
- Exposure to Cloud solutions and Agile/DevOps practices (Kanban, CI/CD, automation).
- Knowledge of servant leadership, coaching, and mentoring practices.
- Flexibility for domestic and international travel as required.
