Key Responsibilities
As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central modules in a global HR transformation setup.
- Manage core payroll functions such as PCR configurations, payroll posting, wage type characteristics, payslip, and statutory report configurations.
- Support production and warranty phases post-implementation to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Participate actively in Design, Playback, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops with clients and teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Handle data migration tasks including template preparation, data transformation, validation, and upload for Employee Central.
- Assist in implementing positive time management functionality and contribute to enhancements in custom MDFs, business rules, letters, and notifications.
- Maintain updated knowledge of statutory payroll requirements in India and potentially other regions like Middle East or Europe.
- Build strong client relationships while supporting team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll consultant.
- Proven track record with 2-3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or Employee Central implementations.
- Strong expertise in India payroll statutory compliance and payroll configuration.
- Certified Employee Central practitioner with solid experience in Employee Central core functionalities like Position Management, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Benefits.
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll tables, PCRs, wage types, payroll posting, payslip configuration, and statutory reports.
- Experience with data migration, workshop facilitation (Design, Playback, UAT), and positive time management implementations.
- Additional certifications or experience in SuccessFactors Compensation or other modules is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional client site visits.
