Deloitte South Asia LLP is hiring a Consultant – SAP HCM / SuccessFactors in Mumbai (Pan India base location). This role is ideal for SAP HCM Payroll consultants and SuccessFactors Employee Central practitioners who want to work on end-to-end HR transformation projects, payroll system implementations, and SAP SuccessFactors configurations. Responsibilities
As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital – HRT SAP team, you will:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central modules.
- Lead or support global SAP/SuccessFactors implementations and provide post-go-live support.
- Conduct design, playback, and UAT workshops with client stakeholders.
- Manage data migration (template preparation, validation, transformation, and data load).
- Configure key SAP Payroll functions:
- PCR configuration
- Payroll configuration tables
- Wage type characteristics
- Payroll posting configuration
- Statutory Infotypes and payslip design
- Statutory reports
- Configure Employee Central modules:
- Position management
- Time off / time sheet / benefits
- Business rules enhancements and notifications
- Custom MDF objects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support HR transformation programs to improve compliance and business efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Qualifications
- 2–9 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting or SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- At least 2–3 end-to-end implementations (lead or supporting consultant role).
- Strong knowledge of India Payroll statutory compliance.
- Certified Employee Central Practitioner with 2–6 years’ experience.
- Strong configuration experience in Payroll and Employee Central core functionality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Payroll in Middle East and Europe.
- Knowledge of positive time management functionality.
- Additional certifications in SuccessFactors modules (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
- Exposure to data migration workstreams and large-scale HR technology deployments.
