About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled SAP CO Consultant with expertise in SAP Controlling, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA). The ideal candidate will be experienced in S/4HANA Finance implementations and capable of supporting end-to-end SAP CO project delivery—from requirement gathering to solution deployment.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional business teams, provide technical insights, and contribute to transformational finance and controlling projects across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support SAP CO configuration and implementation within S/4HANA environments.
- Design and deploy Product Costing and COPA functionalities for finance transformation projects.
- Integrate SAP FI and CO modules to improve reporting and financial control.
- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and functional testing.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
- Support business transformation and digital finance initiatives in client engagements.
- Prepare RFPs, proposals, and client presentations as part of the delivery process.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and adherence to Deloitte quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of SAP CO experience, including at least 1 year in SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in Product Costing, COPA, and Management Accounting processes.
- Proven track record in SAP FICO transformations and end-to-end implementation projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client projects across India or abroad.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) integration.
- Exposure to business process re-engineering and digital finance automation.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Group Reporting tools.
- Prior experience in RFP or proposal orals for consulting projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Preferred: MBA, MCA, B.E/B.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.
