Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution design, configuration, and customization to meet client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct design workshops, client demos, and development sessions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation such as requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Lead and mentor multi-member teams on Salesforce projects.
- Stay updated with global Salesforce trends and emerging technologies to enhance client recommendations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, and Industry Clouds.
- Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce integrations is a plus.
- Strong project management and client handling skills.
- Ability to prepare effort estimates, system design, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce implementation best practices and Force.com platform.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, or management.
- At least 1–2 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects (India or global).
- Graduate in Science or Engineering from a premier institute.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and lead project teams.
- Willingness to travel for short or long-term client engagements.
