Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Development
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning, and declarative features.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Industry Cloud solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
Project & Client Management
- Take ownership of workstreams, ensuring project objectives and Deloitte quality standards are met.
- Manage multi-member teams and client deliverables on Salesforce projects.
- Conduct requirement analysis, effort estimation, system design, and project documentation.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
- Apply awareness of emerging Salesforce technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, sector initiatives, and industry conferences.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APEX development, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration.
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
- Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce integration is a plus.
- Strong experience in solution design, client management, and project delivery.
- Ability to develop all project documentation: requirement documents, system design, use cases, test plans, training manuals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development or consulting.
- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations in India or globally.
- Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or related field from premier institutes.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
