🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Embedded Microsoft Teams Apps.
- Optimize automation code to ensure high-efficiency business processes and reusable component libraries.
- Perform detailed process analysis and documentation: Business Process Documentation (PDD), System Design Documents (SDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), UAT Test Cases.
- Collaborate during development, product testing, and UAT to ensure quality delivery per design standards.
- Manage architectural control and ensure coding standards, governance, and security compliance.
- Provide root-cause analysis and resolve complex issues during automation sprints and production support.
- Support change control processes, ensuring smooth transition and documentation updates.
- Work with APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL, PowerShell, and Web Services to build robust automation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging ERP technologies, SharePoint Framework, Microsoft Dataverse, and MS Azure solutions.
✅ Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in Power Platform Development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, REST APIs.
- Experience in developing and deploying automation solutions with clear adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver solutions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Good understanding of SharePoint Framework, PnP PowerShell, and Embedded Microsoft Teams apps.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for process automation challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-600 (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of Chatbots using Power Virtual Agents and Portals via Power Pages.
- Exposure to Power BI, Dynamics 365, MS Azure.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks: Typescript, AngularJS, ReactJS.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
