β Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions including:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps)
- Embedded Microsoft Teams apps
- Power Automate Flows (Triggers, Connectors, Actions)
- Optimize automation code for high efficiency and reusability; maintain Object Library.
- Analyze, document, and implement business processes (PDD, SDD, TDD, UAT Test Cases).
- Provide architectural control to ensure consistency and scalable solutions.
- Support existing automation processes and manage change deployment under structured change control.
- Collaborate in product testing and UAT phases, ensuring delivery aligns with SDD/TDD and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot complex automation sprint issues with quick turnaround.
- Work with SharePoint Framework, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), MS SQL Server, JavaScript, JSON, RESTful Web APIs, HTML/CSS, PnP PowerShell.
- Assist with knowledge transfer for new automation sprints and production deployments.

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Power Automate development
- Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL Server
- JavaScript, JSON, RESTful APIs, Web APIs
- HTML, CSS, PnP PowerShell
- SharePoint Framework
- Expertise in process automation and solution delivery per technical design documents.
- Proven ability to analyze, understand, and document detailed business processes.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Passionate about continuous learning and emerging technologies.
π Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-600 (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of:
- Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, Power BI
- Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure
- Typescript, AngularJS, ReactJS
- DevOps practices
- Experience in Chatbot development and Portal management is a plus.
