Key Responsibilities
As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Manager across end-to-end project lifecycle management
- Creating and managing critical PMO deliverables:
- Project Charters
- Work Plans and Schedules
- Risk and Issue Logs
- Communication Plans
- Stakeholder Mapping
- Project Governance Structures
- Budgeting and Forecast Reports
- Standardizing project templates and delivery documentation
- Preparing dashboards, executive summaries, and status reports
- Managing project documentation, invoicing, and billing
- Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and training sessions
- Optimizing project resource allocation and utilization
Required Skills & Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience, with 2–3 years in a PMO role
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and key project deliverables
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project (MPP), Clarity, or ADO
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and task management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile SCRUM) is a plus
- Experience in Finance Transformation or working with finance domain projects is an advantage
