Key Responsibilities
Project & Programme Delivery
- Lead and manage the delivery of technology, operational process, or organisational change programmes.
- Oversee PMO activities including programme planning, risk & benefits management, governance, and progress reporting.
- Mobilize and lead PMO or Transformation Management Office teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support programme assurance, turnaround, and recovery efforts.
- Collaborate extensively with client teams, change management specialists, and organisational design experts.
- Apply industry insights and best practices to enhance client programmes and Deloitte’s service offerings.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across complex project landscapes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience managing project and programme delivery, ideally with PMO design or implementation exposure.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid frameworks.
- Experience in planning, risk management, benefits tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in developing project plans, managing critical paths, and delivering progress reports.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting, and business case preparation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience working in multi-geography or international environments preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
