Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – Oracle Financials, you will:
- Lead and mentor developers to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and design Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), i-Expense.
- Deliver end-to-end implementations: design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Integrate Oracle Financials with cross-functional systems for seamless data flow.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in Oracle Cloud Financials consulting.
- Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, i-Expense modules.
- Proven ability to configure, implement, and optimize Oracle ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Advanced degree (MBA, PGDM, CA) preferred.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading teams.
