Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and i-Expense.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements for Oracle ERP Finance Functional solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimal financial solutions.
- Support clients in ERP financial process re-engineering and automation.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and provide solutions.
- Create and maintain functional design documents and configuration guides.
- Assist in user training sessions and post-deployment support.
- Engage in requirement workshops and prepare fit-gap analyses.
- Deliver client-focused solutions aligned with Deloitte’s commitment to excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Functional modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, i-Expense).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical problem-solving ability.
- Team player with a commitment to delivering quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP implementation life cycle (preferable).
- Adaptable to hybrid work model with occasional client site visits.
