Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Suite) implementations and integrations
- Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions for financial and operational planning
- Build budgeting and forecasting models using Oracle EPBCS, covering Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, CAPEX, OPEX, and Project Financial Planning
- Develop reports and dashboards using PBCS Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, Web Forms, and Task Lists
- Write business rules, calculation scripts, MDX, and MaxL scripts to automate financial processes
- Configure security, user groups, and provisioning within Oracle EPM applications
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to align EPM solutions with business goals and transformation initiatives
- Troubleshoot and optimize Oracle EPM applications to ensure high performance and data accuracy
Required Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS and Hyperion Planning implementations
- Strong command of Essbase, FDM/FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reporting tools
- Expertise in Oracle EPBCS modules related to budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of SmartView/Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, MDX, and MaxL scripting
- Understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cost allocations
- Ability to manage security setups and user provisioning in Oracle EPM environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Planning, FCCS, or Hyperion environments
- Prior exposure to finance transformation projects and enterprise-level Oracle EPM implementations
- Certifications in Oracle EPM or related technologies are a plus
