Key Responsibilities
Depending on role (Developer or Consultant), you will:
Onestream XF Developer
- Design, build, configure, and deploy Onestream applications for financial planning and analysis.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and manage metadata, dimensions, dashboards, workflows, CubeViews, reports.
- Apply VB.Net and SQL to develop financial solutions within Onestream.
- Analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of development projects.
Onestream XF Consultant
- Redesign business processes, system designs, and financial applications for client needs.
- Hands-on experience with Onestream XF, SAP BPC, Hyperion HFM, Hyperion FDM.
- Strong understanding of ERP and EPM processes: account reconciliation, GL, consolidation, budgeting, and planning.
- Evaluate out-of-the-box Onestream functionalities to optimize solutions.
- Lead client interactions, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support project leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Developer: B.E./B.Tech, MBA (Finance), or equivalent with coding knowledge.
- Consultant: MBA/PG/CA/CFA or Finance background preferred.
- Experience:
- Developer: 3–5 years (with at least 2 years in Onestream development).
- Consultant: 4–6 years (with at least 2 years in Onestream consulting).
- Technical Skills:
- VB.Net, SQL, Onestream XF development/configuration.
- Experience with ERP/EPM systems like SAP BPC, Hyperion HFM.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to lead and collaborate within diverse teams.
