Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling
- Develop and maintain P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Perform complex financial modelling for energy/infrastructure clients.
- Support project teams with valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Apply knowledge of macros and advanced Excel functions.
Business Analysis
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Document business requirements and validate technical solutions.
- Create user stories, process flow diagrams, and validate UX wireframes.
- Define test conditions and support functional testing of applications.
- Demonstrate developed functionalities to business stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments and interdependency analysis across processes.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 3–5 years of consulting experience in the energy, infrastructure, or oil & gas sector (oil & gas preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong financial modelling skills with proven experience in preparing financial statements.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in digital implementation projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, macros, and financial analysis tools.
- Familiarity with software development processes, UX validation, and agile methodology.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Business, Finance, or Consulting.
- Prior experience working with Indian clients in the consulting domain is preferred.
