Summary

Deloitte India is hiring a Consultant – OFSAA Technical with expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) to drive large-scale banking and risk management projects. This role is ideal for technical consultants, OFSAA developers, and financial technology specialists with 4+ years of experience, strong knowledge of ALM, LCR, FTP, PFT, and IFRS9 modules, and the ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and coordinate a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to foster team growth.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and resources to meet deliverables effectively.

Technical Delivery & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions within OFSAA modules: ALM, LCR, FTP, PFT, IFRS9.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, technical designs, and execute test cases, including support during UAT phases.

Financial Services Expertise

• Assist businesses in scoping requirements and evaluate solution alternatives.
• Maintain understanding of banking FP&A, risk management, regulatory compliance, and profitability management.
• Apply knowledge of data models, financial reporting, and risk systems to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in OFSAA and banking software.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and project management skills, including team coordination and resource allocation.
• Hands-on experience with OFSAA modules, SQL, and programming in R/Python.
• Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing, Cost Allocations, Profitability Management, Risk Management, IFRS9/IndAS, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master’s in Business Administration (Finance/Banking), CA, or PG in Statistics is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in OFSAA or related banking and financial technology projects.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle, risk management systems, or financial reporting frameworks preferred.
