Deloitte South Asia LLP is looking for a skilled Infor SunSystems Functional Consultant in Mumbai to support ongoing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) projects for existing clients. As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions team, you’ll play a key role in delivering functional ERP support, ensuring high client satisfaction, and resolving critical business system issues.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

As a Functional Consultant for Infor SunSystems, you will be responsible for:

• Providing functional support to AMC clients using Infor SunSystems ERP.
• Diagnosing and resolving ERP issues across various business functions.
• Supporting ERP system health, maintenance, and functionality upgrades.
• Acting as the first point of contact for client issues, escalations, and queries.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
• Documenting case resolutions and maintaining detailed knowledge bases.
• Engaging in client communication to provide timely updates and support guidance.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience working with Infor SunSystems ERP.
• Strong understanding of functional business processes within ERP environments.
• Proven track record in ERP issue resolution, ticket handling, and client support.
• Basic knowledge of ERP testing and validation processes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience with AMC support models and ERP service delivery.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Infor QA or ERP test environments.
• Previous exposure to ERP support projects for large-scale clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
