Key Responsibilities
HR Process Transformation
- Support HR process redesign and process improvement initiatives.
- Enhance HR operational efficiency through technology and innovative interventions.
- Conduct HR benchmarking, research, and workforce analysis.
- Develop and document processes, target operating models, and HR transformation strategies.
Change Management & Employee Experience
- Perform stakeholder analysis, job impact assessments, and communication planning.
- Execute change readiness surveys, business readiness assessments, and culture diagnostics.
- Drive employee experience transformation initiatives to improve engagement and operational efficiency.
Project Delivery & Client Engagement
- Prepare proposals, client reports, presentations, and key deliverables.
- Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of standalone project outputs.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and facilitate communications using emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Support capability building, demand generation, and project pipeline development.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR transformation.
- Identify strategic opportunities and propose innovative solutions for clients.
- Take ownership of technical areas and contribute to revenue generation and project growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, OrgVue, and survey tools like SurveyMonkey/SurveyGizmo.
- Experience in organizational development, HR design, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and learning mindset.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- MBA in HR or an equivalent postgraduate degree from an accredited institution.
Professional Experience:
- 4+ years in HR transformation, target operating model design, and employee experience transformation.
- Proven experience in project delivery, HR process redesign, and organizational change initiatives.
