About the Role
As a Healthcare Consultant (Hospital Management Analyst) at Deloitte, you’ll contribute to the operational efficiency and performance improvement of hospitals and healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities
Operational & Clinical Data Analysis
- Collect, organize, and analyze hospital operations and clinical data.
- Conduct time-motion studies and performance tracking for key hospital departments.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and report generation for ongoing projects.
Process Documentation & Optimization
- Map existing hospital processes (clinical and non-clinical).
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hospital workflows.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with hospital administrators, department heads, and medical professionals.
- Capture on-ground insights through interviews, surveys, and observations.
- Ensure effective communication between hospital teams and Deloitte consultants.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for hospital leadership.
- Contribute to project documentation, status updates, and knowledge management.
