Responsibilities
As a Consultant – Government Advisory at Deloitte, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing functional and technical design documents (As-Is, To-Be, BPR) for e-governance projects
- Designing performance improvement frameworks and reports
- Working on system integration and third-party applications (including government APIs)
- Drafting RFPs, managing bid processes, and supporting procurement activities
- Leading IT implementation program management and coordinating with NIC and government stakeholders
- Preparing presentations and reports tailored to client requirements
- Providing day-to-day advisory support to government clients
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in government advisory, consulting, or public sector transformation
- Proven knowledge of e-governance project lifecycle and IT implementation
- Hands-on expertise in RFP preparation, bid management, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to analyze, document, and present solutions effectively
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Prior consulting or advisory experience with government agencies or large institutions preferred
