Key Responsibilities
Gen AI Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and fine-tune GenAI models for text, code, image, audio, or multimodal applications.
- Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models for enterprise-specific use cases.
- Lead development of AI-powered applications, agents, and copilots for business solutions.
- Execute end-to-end delivery from PoC to production, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and domain teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
- Guide R&D efforts on GenAI trends, benchmarking, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor team members and support the creation of a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE).
Governance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to enterprise AI standards, security protocols, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Maintain documentation, code quality, and knowledge sharing across projects.
Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of total experience in Generative AI, foundation models, and LLMs.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI APIs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarity with vector databases and cloud-native GenAI platforms.
- Proficient in Python and related AI/ML libraries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields from premier institutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
