Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Node.js, React, and related frameworks.
- Build and configure automated workflows and ensure processes are scalable and maintainable.
- Collaborate with process owners to analyze requirements and design automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation for solutions, test procedures, and UAT/production phases.
- Lead and mentor mid-level engineers, ensuring high-quality coding and best practices.
- Apply strong knowledge of systems design, automation testing, deployment strategies, and monitoring to enhance reliability and resiliency.
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux, Node.js, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.
- Familiarity with Pega and modern full stack development frameworks.
- Solid understanding of system design, application monitoring, and automation testing.
- Experience with deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and change management.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to mentor engineers and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or related field preferred.
- 3–12 years of full stack software development experience across multiple technologies.
