Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain verification records and reports in internal systems and Excel.
- Validate information and documents as per client guidelines.
- Conduct background verification by coordinating with HR teams, institutes, universities, or candidates.
- Communicate effectively via email or phone to collect and confirm data.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure timely closure of verification checks.
- Ensure completion of compliance and verification cases within defined timelines.
- Analyze findings and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to EY’s forensic standards.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple verifications simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on quality results.
- Comfortable with MS Excel, reporting tools, and databases.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Market Research, Company Profiling, or Secondary Research.
- Prior exposure to Transformation Projects or Banking Domain preferred.
- Experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management is a plus.
