Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end strategy engagements for FS clients, including banks, NBFCs, insurance, payments, and wealth/asset management.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer/partner interviews.
- Build business cases for growth, cost optimization, and technology enablement with clear assumptions.
- Structure and analyze problems; build robust financial models and client-ready presentations (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Draft storyboards, support workshops, PMO hygiene, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and data teams to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and business storytelling.
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
- Exposure to financial services domains: retail/MSME lending, deposits, cards/payments, insurance, wealth management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while maintaining commercial and legal compliance.
- Agile, curious, adaptable, and able to sustain positive energy in a dynamic consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, BFSI analytics, fintech, or rotational leadership programs with FS exposure.
- Proven experience in building financial models, synthesizing insights, and preparing client-ready slides.
