About the Role
As a D365 CRM and Power Platform Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to help clients automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-performance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) in line with best practices.
- Develop custom solutions using Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web API, and SSIS.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate Flows.
- Integrate PowerApps Portals and Common Data Service (Dataverse) with Dynamics 365.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing D365 CRM and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
- Apply technical solutions to real-world business challenges across industries such as Healthcare, Public Sector, and Financial Services.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven hands-on experience (3–6 years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, security model, custom entities, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in Power Platform tools – PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Azure services, data modeling, and cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Custom Pages, Power BI dashboards, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to industry-specific CRM implementations (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Core technical developer background (not functional-only).
