Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant UX Designer at Deloitte’s Centre for Innovation & Technology (DCIT), you will:
- Lead client-facing studio walkthroughs, product demos, and immersive UX presentations to senior stakeholders and visiting clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling design narratives explaining UX research, UI design processes, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal UX/UI designers to convert project context into engaging, presentation-ready walkthroughs.
- Confidently present on diverse UX topics including banking, energy sector UX, gamification, personalization, and design systems.
- Maintain studio readiness by supporting demo setups, including managing screens, devices, videos, and case studies.
- Act as a key liaison between design teams and business units to bridge creative design and strategic storytelling.
- Adapt content dynamically for diverse audiences: business executives, technical teams, and creative professionals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic studio environment, managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product experience, or digital design roles.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—both visual and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in UX design processes including wireframes, UI design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Confidence in delivering live product demos and managing impromptu design walkthroughs.
- Strong collaboration skills and self-driven work ethic with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-changing studio environment.
- Any graduation degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to work full-time from Deloitte’s DCIT office.
