🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit modules or small-scale ITGC, ITAC, and SOC review engagements end-to-end
- Conduct detailed process walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation for audit tasks
- Collaborate with client teams for walkthroughs, data requests, and resolving audit queries
- Take ownership of audit quality control and timely closure of deliverables
- Coach junior team members and support their professional development
- Participate actively in audit planning, control design reviews, and remediation processes
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal quality guidelines
- Document observations, test results, and evidence accurately for high-risk areas
- Manage stakeholder communication and audit issue resolution effectively
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in IT audit controls including ITGC (IT General Controls), ITAC (IT Application Controls), and SOC report understanding
- Practical knowledge of ERP control testing, preferably with SAP or Oracle systems
- Familiarity with audit frameworks like SOX, SSAE, and ISO 27001
- Ability to review control design, effectiveness, and compliance requirements
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in managing audit modules and leading teams
- Strong business process controls understanding and mapping to ERP systems
🎓 Qualifications & Preferred Certifications
- Graduation / B.E. / B.Tech in any specialization (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT audit and controls assurance experience
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC are advantageous
- Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and risk compliance reporting is a plus
