About the Role
As a Consultant – Business Consulting Risk (Regulatory Compliance) at EY Mumbai, you’ll help clients identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and operational risks. You will support key business transformation initiatives, contribute to audit and compliance programs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal audits for diverse industries.
- Identify and escalate potential engagement red flags or issues internally.
- Prepare reports, deliverables, and audit committee presentations.
- Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform data analytics using tools like Access and ACL.
- Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards issued by IIA and ICAI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or MBA in relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in risk consulting, compliance, or internal audit.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
