Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document client business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis, develop business cases, and gather data via interviews and research.
- Attend training programs and demonstrate advisory methodology and consulting skills.
- Gradually develop sector expertise, understanding industry trends, challenges, and key stakeholders.
- Participate in corporate social and team initiatives.
- Support project delivery by:
- Identifying issues and forming hypotheses
- Presenting data-driven findings and recommendations to clients
- Implementing recommendations and managing workstreams within a project
- Leading analysts on specific project tasks
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and client presentations.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, financial modelling, and business analysis.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and client deliverables with precision.

- Strong documentation and report writing skills.
