Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Consultant at Deloitte India, you will:
- Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) for ECUs and vehicle systems.
- Define and implement vehicle cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISO 21434, R155, and SAE J3061 standards.
- Create technical work products in line with automotive cybersecurity regulations.
- Work with clients to embed cybersecurity into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for automotive applications.
- Translate complex technical threats into actionable business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cybersecurity posture in SDV (Software Defined Vehicles).
- Stay current with emerging automotive cyber threats, compliance mandates, and tools.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of ISO 21434, R155, ISO 27001, and SAE J3061 frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in TARA methodology and cybersecurity compliance.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices.
- Ability to communicate cybersecurity concepts to stakeholders at all technical levels.
- Knowledge of SDV (Software Defined Vehicles) and embedded systems security.
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Information Security, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive cybersecurity, enterprise security, or related domains.
- Industry certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
